Information will be announced soon about the forthcoming dates. The concept of the performance is based on the practice of Tonglen. This practice involves taking in suffering on the in-breath and – in what I would describe as “alchemic” – sending out relief/peace on the out-breath. In this way is the experience of compassion. In this Tibetan Buddhist meditation, the reality of pain is accepted – without being overwhelmed by it.
